WHEN REQUESTING A SERVICE

When entering information into the contact page, please include your full name, your email address or a phone number so that I may contact you, and in the "Question or Comments:" area please include the name of the service and the length of time you are interested in so that I may provide ample time for your appointment. 

Prior to providing a service we will discuss fees or donations.  Payments for a service can be made by check (prior to service) or PayPal.  Prior to your appointment I will send you a "terms of service" agreement for you to review, via email, or we will review it prior to our session if we are communicating over the phone.  This is only to protect you from any false request for payment from someone you may not have provided permission to.

The location of the appointment is determined by both Micha'ele and the client.  Most readings are done via the internet/email and there is a 48 hour turnover time.  Sessions are recorded to a MP3 and are available by request. This must be requested prior to the beginning of the session.

Location options are  as follows:

• Via Email/Internet.  This is a great way to get a reading, especially a very detailed reading, and includes documentation of what information I receive sent to you via email, most readings are received within a 48 hour period of requesting a service.
• On the telephone, this is a great way to have an intuitive reading as it is probably the most convenient.  All though a telephone reading really does not completely replace an actual one on one session.
• Your home, as this can be a comfort zone for the client, sometimes the energy in a clients home may need to be "cleaned of negativity" prior to the treatment or reading.
