Some people may experience the same or similar experience when meditating that they do while dreaming.  Pay attention to the signs and symbols that your subconscious, ascended masters, source, or your guides or angels are sending you. 

Dreaming in color ~ 

Pay attention to the colors that appear in your dreams, like our own energy chakra's, each having it's own color, each color representing a vital piece of information into our spirit, personalities and lives.  

For instance, Red can mean passion, love, vital energy and can also mean anger and frustration.

Each color having it's own meaning, may possibly give you  important information into a matter that only symbols cannot provide.
