Greif/Bereavement Groups are held usually every two to three months, and the classes are free of charge.

If you have any ideas or helpful input on subjects to share with attendees of the classes, we are absolutely interested in your thoughts and opinions.

If you have lost someone and have experienced the grieving process what did you do or not do, to get through it?

Classes are focused on the heartfelt subject of grieving and the grieving process, information surrounding this very sensitive and helpful hints, ideas on healing, sadness, family, etc. are shared.

When grieving, our first thought is to hide ourselves away. To lock ourselves in our bedrooms, sleep all day, try to forget the world exists because to think otherwise may cause us to feel guilty, or it may be to painful to walk out the front door and face those people you know will ask "How are doing today?" , "Are you all right?"  knowing very well that the answer is not one that they really want to hear from you. Or you may feel that people just dont want to be around you, or you just dont want to be around them...
