How an Intuitive’s Gifts Work:

One of the most widespread misunderstandings about psychic gifts is how they work.  People usually assume that psychics receive information as if it were being broadcast on a television with the ability to use a DVR. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. Clairvoyants for example typically get their information in the form of picture images or visions.  It is then up to the Clairvoyant to interpret those pictures accurately and be able to articulate those visions to their client.  Sometimes it is necessary (even for a professional psychic) to ask their client questions, they too need help from their clients to properly interpret what the pictures mean.  This is generally the time when a skeptic begins to make claims that psychics don’t do anything other than fish for information and then give that information back to the client. What may look like fishing from a psychic is simply part of the psychics effort to be as accurate as possible in his or her interpretation. 

People often ask me and why it is that psychic information doesn’t come in clear laid-out sentences, all I can say is it’s a very similar to turning on a radio in turning in two a certain channel, some stations come in more clearly than others. 

Canceling And Rescheduling Appointments

It is okay to reschedule or cancel your appointment as long as you do this at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. I have the right to, and may, hold you financially responsible if you cancel or ask to reschedule an appointment without proper notice. It’s not fair to me or to other clients that could’ve been scheduled in the time slot reserved by you.

The following sets forth the Terms And Conditions by and between Micha'ele, The Intuitive Garden, a private business, and you, the user/buyer of this service. By contacting me and/or scheduling an appointment, you are admitting and accepting the following terms and conditions:

Guarantee and Refund Policy

After a few minutes into a session, if for some reason you don’t feel “any” accurate psychic abilities are demonstrated; you don't have to pay for the session. I'll call the session short and your full payment will be refunded. You have the right to make this judgment based on any specific details revealed to you about the past and present that could only be known by me by using psychic perception.

Now after a few minutes into a session, if you agree to pay for the rest of the session when asked, this voids any future refund for the service. I don’t give refunds for any services I complete. Because of factors out of my control, I also do not guarantee any future predictions - refunds are not given for what you may consider an inaccurate future prediction.  Please note that my services are termed as use for entertainment purposes only.  My predictions and or information received and passed along to a client are not meant for the clients use to make any decisions, this information is merely information to be used for entertainment only.  Please see sections titled "Your Ethical Responsibilities".

Repeat Clients

Sessions for repeat clients are non-refundable. The money back guarantee does not apply to repeat clients. There is not an option for repeat clients to stop the session without obligation to pay. The money back guarantee and its specific provisions apply exclusively to first time clients.

Guarantee Regarding Claims

The only guarantees offered for this service are those present in this agreement under “Guarantee and Refund Policy.” All claims made about this service through my website or other marketing mediums are made based only on feedback and experience of previous clients. All claims such as outcomes regarding finances, career, relationship, emotional health, mental hearth, or business outcomes are not guaranteed in any way. By participating in this service, you acknowledge that you fully understand this statement and that you agree to these conditions.

Payment And Contact Information

By contacting me or participating in any of my services, you agree that the payment and contact information you give me is accurate. You agree that you have sole authorization of the payment method that you use and that no one can deny the payment at a later date.

Fraud And Collections

By contacting me and using my services, you understand that I will pursue prosecution of credit card fraud and identity fraud to the full extent allowed by law. My company reserves the right to invoke collection agencies to recover any payments from you if you default on your responsibility to pay in a timely manner which company policy dictates is within 30 days of service provided.

Dishonored Check Charges

Where permitted by law, you agree to pay a $25.00 fee or other permitted maximum amount for any dishonored or returned check or other item which is rejected or not honored by the Buyer’s bank or credit card issuer for any reason, along with any cost and expenses incurred in connection with collection of such dishonored, returned or rejected check, or any other item.

Exclusive Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between the parties and cancels and supersedes all prior promises, representations, understandings and/or agreements relating to this purchase.

Right To Amend

I (the company) reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by my discretion by posting the amended terms on my website. I also reserve the right to change my prices, arrangements, and structure of my services at any time. You agree that any use or continued use of my website or service after an amendment shall signify your acceptance of such a change. This agreement may not otherwise be changed unless in writing and signed by both the company and client.

Audio Recordings

Recordings of sessions are available at your requests, phone readings excluded. All readings are different and are based on an hourly rate/session, any taping generally running over the allotted time available per the equipment used/available, you may not receive a taping of an entire session. You understand and acknowledge this situation and agree to be respectfully patient if necessary.

Miscellaneous

The provisions of this agreement are severable, and if any provision is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions and any partially enforceable provision shall nevertheless be enforceable unless otherwise prohibited by state law.
