Reiki Energy Balancing

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Reiki sessions are based on channeling prana energy  through the body, beginning with the energy flowing through the hands, channeling chi energy through out the body in a way that helps to balance out each and every cell, creating a healthy rhythm in which your chakras can function correctly, all seven main chakras are balanced, as well as other chakras, (feet and hands, ears, etc.)  pulling out negativity and "dark spots" or "negative energy spots" you may have in your aura energy, making you feel rested, calm.

The goal is to meet the needs of each individual, to help balance out energy and to allow its natural flow to and from each chakra, creating a balance and flow within each person's mind, body and spirit. 

If you are receiving a Distant Reiki Session you may feel a calmness overtake you during the time of the session. Some persons have said they feel a swirling feeling, a dizzy feeling, or even an upset stomach as the energies in your body begin to move again. This is generally from the chakras spinning the energy back into balance, possibly pulling the toxins from where they may be "stuck".  It's important to drink plenty of water or fluids during this time.  Please note that receiving a distant Reiki treatment verses a hands-on Reiki treatment the results and sensations are usually the same, at least similar in results.

Energy work is gentle, safe, and nurturing.  It can reduce stress, promote healthy sleep patterns, and bring a sense of clarity into your life.  It can be particularly beneficial during transitional times such as a change in relationships or careers.

Energy work directs the full power of intention to restore energetic imbalances at the cellular level, and then ripples out to change the energy flow within you and around you.  Energy follows intention. When a group of people come together with healing intention - magic can happen!

If receiving a Group meditation session, a Group Intuitive Reading, or Reiki Healing in a Group setting, Micha'ele may use different modalities to communicate with her guides, or spirit. Intuitive Mediumship Readings may include pendulum dowsing, tarot cards, angel or oracle cards, meditation, Reiki and/or relaxed breathing exercises. 

Future Use:  If you are receiving a distant reading or a regular one-to-one reading, all information and messages received from spirit and angels are documented either on paper, and sent to you via email or recorded as an MP3 and emailed to you, its up to you.   

If you are taking a Reiki Certification class or if you are receiving an attunement, it is recommended that you follow the guidelines set forth that are sent to you prior to your certification class or attunement session.

Horses, dogs and cats respond to Reiki therapy quite well. When an animals energy has become imbalanced, they may show signs of energy loss, lack of appetite, lethargy to name a few. 

Homes, offices, buildings, property, parks, pollution, war.... Granted my energies are not strong enough or viable enough to heal years of pain from the war, current battles, but with many many people, together, praying and sending Reiki energy and love, I believe that people would be amazed at what may transcend from such powerful and positive thoughts and prayers.

Reiki Energy Balancing Treatment ~ 

I love to begin my Reiki Energy Balancing sessions with a guided relaxation and meditation, helping you more easily reach a place of calmness and tranquility. 

During and after your Reiki session you may experience sensations such as warmth, peacefulness, lightness, tingling, or flowing energy.  Some see colors and visions in the mind's eye or are reminded of old memories.  Sometimes, emotions bubble up.  So remember to keep an open mind, and never be afraid to contact me if you have questions after your session.

Changes and sensations resulting from your session may be felt from one day up to one month from the time of your treatment.
